We are upgrading to the next phase of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean that almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically from August.
Electronic prescriptions help save the NHS money.
You will receive your prescriptions in the same way as you do now.

This is our new online consultation service
Patients are now able to use a new service 24 hours a day to contact the Practice about medical or administrative queries. The new system is called Engage Consult and you can start using it by clicking here and completing your registration details
Any queries received via engage consult before 11.00am on a surgery working day will be dealt with and responded to on the same day.
Not all medical queries will require a GP appointment, however where an appointment is required a member of the Practice team will be in contact to arrange a phone call or face to face consultation.
We hope this new service will enable patients to get the help they require as quickly as possible.
Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Online Services - Now Available!
The practice offers appointments to patients who would have difficulty attending during normal working hours. These appointments are available to be booked online only and are primarily for working patients.

Parking and Disabled Access
There is a Patron Only Car Park located at the front of Station Plaza Health Centre. Patients are entitled to 15 minutes of free parking.
Blue Badge holders must enter their full, correct vehicle registration into the terminal at the security reception desk on the ground floor and will then be entitled to free parking for the duration of their stay.
Parking Eye monitor the parking area and if you do not register your vehicle with security there is a risk of a £100 fine, the practice is unable to assist should you receive a fine.
