Immediate action required: Network Disruption

We are currently experiencing network connectivity issues. This is a national problem affecting GP practices across Sussex and other regions.

Our IT provider is actively working to identify the cause of the issue and restore services as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, please expect delays. We apologise for the disruption and inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while the issue is being resolved.

Staff Training Day –Tuesday 21st April 2026 from 12:30pm.

Dear patients,

The Surgery will be closed today Tuesday 21st April 2026 from 12:30pm for important staff training.

If you have an appointment already booked, please attend. Also, if you require any non-emergency assistance during this time, that cannot wait until we reopen, please call 03333059907.

This line should only be used for medical situations that are urgent, but do not require Hospital attendace. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please hang up and dial 999 or attend A&E. However, if you have a routine request such as booking an appointment, please call us back tomorrow during our normal working hours and our team will be happy to assist you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
