Staying Well Space for MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS

The Staying Well Space is an out-of-hours mental health crisis prevention service, provided at St Leonards Wellbeing Centre. Open 7 days a week, the service provides recovery-focused support to help you manage your mental health, stay well and prevent crisis from 6pm to 10.30pm on weekdays and 3pm to 10.30pm at weekends.

You can call this helpline for care and advice (24 hours, 7 days a week, for all ages) to discuss concerns you have for the mental health of yourself or someone else.

For callers whose first language is not English, a telephone interpreter can be arranged for other community languages, by phoning the helpline and letting them know the language needed.

Perinatal peer support for parents struggling mild to moderately with their mental health

Free peer support for mums, dads, birthing and non-birthing parents in person and remotely across East Sussex.

This referral link is for all service users and can be completed by a healthcare professional or parents can self-refer.
