Advanced Clinical Practice Team

We are proud to have built an extended multidisciplinary team of advanced nurse practitioners in physical and mental health, paramedics, first contact physiotherapists and pharmacists skilled in managing acute and chronic illness and caring for the very young to the very old. These practitioners are highly experienced in their field, having masters level qualifications, or working towards this. They work closely with the doctors to enhance patient care, improve access to care and to ensure a holistic and effective approach to patients’ needs. Our practitioners are supported in their development along the advanced practitioner pathway by regular clinical supervision by experienced GPs, helping practitioners achieve advanced clinical practice status or helping them embed and develop their practice post qualification.
